Context-Aware AI Assistant

A conversation with someone
who knows your company.

The Context-Aware AI Assistant is the chat on the Innovate Platform that knows the ins and outs of your business: its numbers, its people and how the work gets done. Ask it what you would ask your best-informed colleague.

The Connect page: sample connections such as email, files, accounting and a CRM, each connected or ready to connect.
It knows the context because you connect the systems you run on. It sees only what each person can already see. Illustrative example, sample data.
How it works

It already knows the context.

The assistant draws on the shared model of your business that every part of the platform uses, and on the systems your company already runs on. You don't have to define your terms, paste in a report or explain who someone is. It answers in your company's language, and its answers are checked against your rules before they reach you.

YouHow did gross margin in the Central region compare with plan last month?
AssistantCentral finished at 31.4%, 1.2 points below plan. Most of the gap came from two accounts with higher freight costs. Dana owns both; she raised it in Tuesday's operations review. Want the account detail?
YouYes, and prep me for my call with Dana at 2.
What it does

What you can ask it.

It knows the numbers

Ask about revenue, margin, pipeline or any measure your company tracks. The assistant answers from your reports and financial data, using your company's own definition of each measure.

Questions people ask · examples
  • Which accounts are behind plan this quarter?
  • What drove the change in cash this month?
  • How does this year's pipeline compare with last year's?

It knows the people

It knows who owns which account, who was in the last meeting and what was agreed, so it can tell you who to ask and what they already know.

Daily briefings

Each morning it writes a short digest, so the day starts with priorities rather than an inbox.

Morning digest · example
  • 3 meetings today, 1 needs a decision
  • 2 replies waiting on you
  • Monthly review due Friday

Call preparation

Before each call, it assembles a briefing from your CRM, recent email and past meeting summaries.

Briefing · example
  • Last meeting: pricing questions open
  • Account owner and history
  • Two things to ask today

Your company's apps

Applications built by anyone in your company can join the conversation. Ask the deal tracker which deals moved this week, or ask a planning tool what changed, without leaving the chat.

The Files page: a sample list of spreadsheets and documents with a preview and an Ask chat about this button.
Ask about any file you can already open. Illustrative example, sample data.
Trust

Answers you can rely on.

Your company's terms

It uses your definitions, so a measure means the same thing in every answer and every team.

Checked against your rules

Deterministic logic gates test each answer against your own rules before it reaches you.

Your own access

It works with each person's own access: it sees what you can see, and nothing more.

Your knowledge

What the assistant learns about your business remains yours.

Next step

Ask your company a question.

In the first week, your first users are talking with the assistant about their own numbers, people and meetings.
